Last week was pretty hectic for me. I went to the library to get some books, and somewhere between the library and my home I lost my house keys. I don’t remember dropping them anywhere, and there was no way they could have fallen out of my pocket. I searched everywhere, but I couldn’t find them. I needed those keys to open the front door, and all of my spare keys were inside of the house. Luckily I still had my phone, so I was able to call an emergency Brisbane locksmith to help me get back into my house.
While I was waiting for the locksmith to come, I decided to start reading one of the books that I got from the library. It was a mystery book that was set in the 1900s. I love reading books like that because they usually have twist endings that you never expect. There’s always one person that you don’t expect to be the villain or someone that you don’t expect to die. I was barely able to finish the first chapter when the locksmith arrived. I was expecting to wait outside for an hour, but he arrived in only 10 minutes.
The locksmith pulled out his special tools and with a couple of twists, he was able to open the front door. I was glad that I was able to get back inside my home, but since I lost my keys, I would have to replace the locks or risk someone getting into my home. Although there was no way for anyone to find out which locks the keys belonged to, I still wanted to replace the locks to feel safer. The locksmith was able to take care of that, and gave me a set of spare keys to use just in case.
