For some time the forum displayed the message
Discussion Bucks is Offline Due to some changes and will no longer be a paid to post forum. I just did payouts for the 15th. Earning will be shut off once the forum is back up and running. Users can submit for payouts until the end of March once the forum is back up. Stay tuned for more details on this.
It is going to take a while since I will be away for a day or two.
Later the forum owner has clarified that he will not pay members for posting, indicating how difficult it is to make money online.
